We aim to process your order the same day but please be aware that we are unble to send your order on Saturday afternoons or Sunday / Bank Holidays. If you require a 24 hour delivery then please use the Royal Mail 24 option – cut-off times are 3pm (Monday to Friday). Royal Mail are very relaiable and over 98% of parcels sent are received within the specified timeframe
We offer a 14 day no quibble exchange or refund policy from the recipt of your order. The buyer is responsible for returning any unwanted items. Replacements are send back upon receipt and refunds will take 3-5 days to process.
